What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Gold River, Folsom, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, and nearby surrounding neighborhoods. If you’re outside these areas, just reach out—we often travel a bit farther depending on availability.
Are you a mobile detailing service?
No but we do offer pick up or drop off services.
How long does a typical detail take?
Most full details take 2 to 4 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition. Ceramic coatings or premium packages may take longer due to curing and prep.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment options. Payment is collected at the end of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.
Booking & Appointments
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online, call, or text. If you’re unsure about the right package, we’re happy to recommend one based on photos of your vehicle.
Do you need access to my keys?
Yes. We require access to unlock the doors and move the vehicle if necessary for proper cleaning and safety.
What happens if it rains?
Appointments are held rain or shine. If severe weather is expected, we will proactively reach out to reschedule.
Do I need to clear out my personal items first?
Yes, please remove personal belongings before your appointment. We will not handle or remove personal valuables for liability reasons.
Interior Detailing
Can you get rid of odors?
Many odors can be noticeably reduced or removed with deep cleaning and steam cleaning. Severe cases (mold, smoke, pet accidents) may require additional treatments.
Will interior detailing remove every stain?
We can significantly lighten or remove most stains, but results depend on the age of the stain and the material. We always aim for the best possible outcome without damaging surfaces.
Do you clean child seats?
Yes. However, some seats require manufacturer-specific reinstallation steps. We can clean them, but reinstalling is the customer’s responsibility.
Exterior Detailing
Do you offer scratch removal?
We can reduce or remove light to moderate scratches through polishing. Deep scratches that can catch your fingernail may require paint repair.
Is hand washing safe for ceramic-coated vehicles?
Absolutely. It’s the safest method and helps preserve your coating’s shine and longevity.
Do you offer clay bar and paint decontamination?
Yes. Clay bar treatment is included in select packages or can be added a la carte.
Ceramic Coating
How long does a ceramic coating last?
Most coatings last 1 to 5 years depending on maintenance, driving conditions, and the product selected.
How long does the ceramic coating process take?
Expect 4 to 8 hours, depending on prep needs, paint condition, and the level of coating protection you choose.
Can I take my car through a car wash after the coating is installed?
We recommend avoiding automated car washes. Hand washing is best to preserve your coating.
Pricing, Packages & Policies
Do you have different detailing packages?
Yes. Packages range from quick refresh services to premium full-detail and ceramic coating packages. We can help you choose the right one.
Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles?
Yes. Households and businesses with multiple vehicles can receive discounted pricing.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the time slot to another customer.
Is tipping expected?
Tips are never required, but always appreciated for exceptional service.
